DIRECTIONS FOR USE

  • Attach preferred weight with a secure knot.
  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, back straight.
  • Roll dowel with straight arms, hands at shoulder height, until the weight reaches the top of the rope.
  • Unroll dowel until the weight reaches bottom of rope.
  • Repeat for as many repetitions as required.
